Five Venues and an Italian Love Affair with Food.
With a passion for food and travel, there was never any doubt that Felicity and Trent’s wedding would showcase their love for delicious Italian cuisine and spectacular scenery.
When Hayden Phoenix told me about Felicity and Trent’s wedding which he recently photographed in Italy, I was not only blown away by his photography but also the uniqueness and originality of their celebrations.

As the owners of a successful high-end Italian readymade meal company in their hometown of Melbourne, fantastic authentic Italian food was always going to be a priority at Felicity and Trent’s wedding. Not only did they achieve this but in the most spectacular style – each course of their wedding meal was held at a different venue.
Trent and Felicity were married at the Positano Town Hall which has panoramic views of the town and ocean below.
After their heartfelt ceremony, the celebrations for this fun loving couple immediately begin. Accompanied by an Italian band, Trent and Felicity led their guests down from the Positano Town Hall to the beautiful rooftop terrace of Villa Franca where drinks and hors d’oeuvres were served.
After bidding a fond farewell to the incredible ocean view, the couple then took their guests on a scenic bus ride to Le Tore, a biodynamic farm located in Massa Lubrense. Here the most amazing selection of food was served as entree, it was mostly vegetarian and all grown and prepared on the farm.
Prior to their wedding, Trent and Felicity travelled around Italy for a month and purchased cheeses from the different regions they visited. The cheeses were then arranged to create a very stylish wedding cake. I absolutely love the way they have presented it, especially with the Vespa and its trailing mini cans on the top!
A particular highlight at Le Tore was dancing amongst the vineyards!
The next part of the journey saw the wedding party head to the stunning seaside area of Marina del Cantone. Main course, which consisted of every type of seafood imaginable, was served in a restaurant built on top of a large rock on the beach.
After their incredible seafood main course, guests were then taken to their final destination for the day, a large Villa which Felicity and Trent had rented in Massa Lubrense. Here the drinks continued to flow and dessert and cheeses were served. To finish off a spectacular day, their celebrations continued well into the night with a party and dancing on the Villa’s rooftop.
