Welcome to Intimate Weddings Cyprus, we are family run independent wedding planners, known for our attention to detail, meticulous care of every aspect of your day, to even tying the grooms tie if required. Bringing a picture-perfect day that is unique and personal to you while ensuring everything runs smoothly from the planning stage right through to the end of your wedding day.

About us, we are Nicki and Hannah, a mother and daughter team who pride ourselves on the way we work. Having both been in the wedding industry for several years and over 500 weddings under our belt, there isn’t much you can throw at us that we can’t handle. In our separate, previous roles, with a tour operator and hotelier we have planned and coordinated many weddings for our happy couples, now we come together as one and love working together. We are unique in our own ways but have the same ethics to bring together your perfect day.

We like to bring your personality into your wedding rather than an off the shelf wedding package. Whether it’s a very intimate wedding just the two of you, a small gathering with family and close friends or an extravagant occasion, we will help you plan every detail, so you’re in safe hands.

The biggest advantage of using a Cyprus Wedding Planner is access to vendors and local knowledge. We manage every detail of your wedding – from booking your ceremony time and date, liaise with all suppliers, and ensure everything runs in a timely manner, the list goes on but I’m sure you get the idea.

• Civil Ceremony at either Peyia Gardens, Paphos Town Hall or Gerioskipou Gardens, between 11am – 1pm weekdays
• Other venues and/or later times available for an extra fee
• Prior to your arrival we will guide you through all the legal documentation required to legally marry here in Cyprus
