I am Silvia Bacchi, founder and lead planner of SB Weddings & Events, a destination wedding planning studio based in Italy and working nationwide. With a background in luxury travel and hospitality, I approach wedding planning as a curated experience rather than a single event, guiding couples through every strategic and emotional decision that shapes their celebration in Italy.

What we offer

I specialise in multi-day weddings and wedding weekends, where the guest experience is as important as the wedding day itself. From the very first stage, before a venue is chosen, I work closely with my couples to define the type of experience they wish to create, the rhythm of the days, the flow of their guests and the practical structure that will support it. This consultancy-driven approach allows me to identify and secure the right locations and the most suitable vendors across Italy, rather than limiting the search to a single region or aesthetic.

What makes us different

In addition to full wedding planning, I provide a 360-degree concierge service for destination weddings, covering accommodation, transportation, activities and all events surrounding the wedding: welcome dinners, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches and bespoke experiences for guests. My long experience in the luxury travel industry enables me to manage complex logistics with precision, ensuring that both couples and guests feel supported before, during and after the celebration.
