Charlotte and Oliver were one of the lucky couples who managed to have their wedding abroad in 2020. Despite the unique set of challenges Covid-19 presented, their wedding in the Austrian Alps went off without a hitch. This was in no small part thanks to their wedding planner Sandra Maureder, who was instrumental in dealing with suppliers and adjusting and tweaking their plans to ensure the day was within Covid-19 guidelines.

Charlotte and Oliver’s wedding held at the luxurious Schloss Mittersill was picture perfect. Blessed with warm September weather, their ceremony took place in the garden, while their Wedding Breakfast was in one of the castle’s larger rooms allowing their guests to socially distance. My husband and I got in touch with Sandra at the beginning of the year not knowing that planning our wedding would be trickier than we thought. After lockdown and different rules in every country every week we were still lucky enough to have our dream wedding in the Austrian Alps. Sandra planned everything to the T, there wasn’t one thing she hadn’t thought about for our wedding day. She communicated very well over the whole period and also told us straight if something we thought about was not going to work due to Covid restrictions or the layout of our venue. We could feel the entire time that she loves every minute of wedding planning and her attention to detail is next to none.
