Wedding Film – Rita & Ajay
It’s impossible not to be swept away by this romantic wedding film. Held on the island of Santorini, Rita and Ajay’s extraordinary Indian wedding in Greece took place at Santo Winery. With a view across the caldera that literally takes your breath away, their private terrace is one of the most beautiful ceremony locations on the island. Planned to perfection by Olympia Giannopoulou from MarryMe in Greece, the couple’s wedding was an eclectic mix of customs, culture and traditional Greek hospitality.
With the help of MarryMe in Greece, Rita and Ajay incorporated a pre-wedding boat trip on the Friday morning followed by an evening beach party for their 85 international guests. Every detail is simply stunning, from the beautiful flowers (including a pre-wedding beach party dress made from flowers) to the brides custom made Indian ceremony and reception dress.

“Our wedding theme was off white and baby pink. We hired Olympia Giannopoulou from MarryMe in Greece who planned absolutely everything, from choosing the location, managing suppliers, arranging transfers and being available on the days to help.
My wedding dress was a bespoke creation, the design was Indian princess with matching earrings, necklace, bangles.
My favourite part of the whole wedding was being with Ajay. Our Indian wedding in Greece was unique as it took place in a private, idyllic, scenic location, overlooking the caldera, and the colours of the sunset, with the music of the saxophone first and then our music.
My advice to other brides is to enjoy the date and hire a wedding planner to do the job for you. Overall my wedding was like a dream and I want to thank Olympia, for making my dream wedding come true in Santorini.”
